practice permits

Practice permits are $30 per field, per approved practice date/time slot, plus a 3.2% credit/debit card processing fee ($0.96), for a total of $30.96 per permit.

Each quantity equals one field for one practice date/time slot. 

*If you are requesting multiple fields or multiple practice dates/times, increase the quantity accordingly.

Example: Two fields for one practice time = quantity 2. One field for two separate practice times = quantity 2.

1. Complete the practice permit request form below.
2. Include the exact date or dates, preferred park, and number of fields you are requesting.
3. Select the correct quantity. Each field and practice date/time slot requires a separate permit.
4. Enter your payment information and submit the form. Your payment will be authorized but will not be completed immediately.
5. FFC Softball management will review your request and confirm availability.
6. If approved, your payment will be processed within three days and your approved practice permit will be emailed to you.
7. If your request cannot be approved, your payment will not be completed.
